Andrew’s main role at CTP is to keep his finger on the pulse of what firms need to support their training and development functions. He keeps abreast of the new issues coming down the line from a wide range of publications that deal with everything from regulation and legal developments to new ideas for training interventions.
Andrew joined from Infoline, a major conference and course provider in the UK regulated sector. During his nine years developing that business, he gained a depth of understanding about the dynamics of the financial services industry and understands the speed with which relatively small changes to the regulatory landscape can impact on firms and their operations.
His highly developed research skills ensure the open courses we offer are topical, relevant and specific to the audience's needs. He also responds to requests for articles from publishers such as Complinet, Citywire, Incisive Media and the Financial Times group.
