Jo Melbourne is a qualified and experienced coach, as well as a consultant and trainer. She specialises in engaging people in the experience of a learning journey that benefits both their working and personal lives. Her focus is on challenging paradigms, encouraging professional excellence and personal growth, and establishing learning and development as a key contributor to organisational success. Since 2001, Jo has been appointed to manage training and development for 3 distinguished financial services organisations based in the City in London. She has gained extensive experience of delivering high profile projects in a regulated environment including the areas of talent and management development, superior service, client relationship management and performance management. She also worked for several prominent international training organisations from 1998 to 2001. Her projects included design and delivery of the ‘Team Spirit’ programme for the Cable & Wireless ‘Around the World’ Balloon Team, Customer Service Excellence for Shell and Leadership Skills programmes for many and varied international companies and airlines. Previously, Jo worked for ten years with the British Airways Training Team.
