The Business Management Academy Programme
Are you a...
- High performer looking for promotion into management?
- Practising manager wishing to augment your skills?
- New manager looking for practical answers to difficult challenges?
Then the Business Academy is for you!
CTP’s Business Management Academy transforms talent by addressing the need businesses have to develop the next generation of leaders. Our flexible, two-year, module-based programme prepares up-and-coming managers for a place on the senior management team – and beyond. Our programme is stimulating, challenging and stretching. We provide practical support: dynamic delivery.
Unlike other management development programmes, which focus on personal development, this programme brings together the key business disciplines with personal development to deliver team players with business leadership skills and who can run effective businesses. Every company has different priorities and the structure of this programme allows substitution of different events that reflect your goals. Talk to us about how you would want to structure your Academy.
