Rather than provide a standard generic set of modules we have built this programme to focus on the challenges that exist in the financial services industry; for example, when you look at strategy you will address the risks to this industry and consider how your business should manage those risks. Thus we ensure the action-learning content focuses on applicability to the needs of the financial services industry and your organisation in particular.

It does not intend to replace a traditional MBA with its theory, written assessments and reflective time. Instead you use debate, syndicate work and case studies to embed the learning. The course delivers a sound understanding of the financial serices industry’s unique challenges, a solid foundation of management techniques and practical skills to promote excellence and motivation.
