The Fast Track MBA for Financial Services Professionals
Why you need this programme
Many organisations have people in management positions who have gaps in their knowledge and experience that will hamper their progress to more senior positions. This programme has been designed to inject knowledge of the major disciplines in running organisations such as risk management, finance, corporate governance and talent management.
If you want to keep these managers and gain the benefit of their improved knowledge within your business then this programme is for you.
How it works
The Fast Track MBA is designed to give you all the major tools and techniques you would learn in an MBA, but in a short and comprehensive time frame. Rather than provide a standard generic set of modules we have built this programme to focus on the challenges that exist in the financial services industry; for example, when you look at strategy you will address the risks to this industry and consider how your business should manage those risks. Thus we ensure the action-learning content focuses on applicability to the needs of the financial services industry and your organisation in particular.
It does not intend to replace a traditional MBA with its theory, written assessments and reflective time. Instead you use debate, syndicate work and case studies to embed the learning. The course delivers a sound understanding of the financial serices industry’s unique challenges, a solid foundation of management techniques and practical skills to promote excellence and motivation. Each two-day module is structured to focus an entire day on applying concepts learned to the industry or sponsor organisation. Click here for programme content.

It will also provide graduate entrants with understanding and the skills to hit the ground running. The Fast Track MBA will be invaluable as a springboard to senior management as the programme is about developing the managers and business leaders of the future. Participants should have experience of the industry and/or be qualified to degree level. This course is not suitable for newcomers.
