The move to limited rules and an overarching competent standard for all staff
provides a challenge for those engaged in setting and managing T&C
standards.

This one-day event tackles the practical implications of these changes,
and the impact of TCF in particular. You will be able to review the essential elements of your scheme and  take a step back and look at the effectiveness of the measures you have in place.

You will consider the enforcement actions that have poor T&C standards as their root cause and check that your management information enables you to monitor the outputs you achieve as well as the inputs.

A risk based approach to the management of T&C will be explored and will
enable you to set Key Performance Indicators to monitor and report on the effectiveness of your scheme.

Who should attend?

You should attend the event if you are: -

  • Responsible for managing T&C in your firm
  • Responsible for managing the training function
  • In compliance, and have monitoring responsibility for the area
