Executive Briefing for SIFs 2
Essential Update for Significant Function Holders
The effectiveness of Boards, and the individuals who comprise and influence them, has become a key focus of FSA activity.
The FSA’s recent Consultation Paper on Effective Corporate Governance (CP10/3, issued on the 28th January 2010) is the regulator’s substantive response to the Walker Review. Its proposals will have significant implications for all regulated firms, and their senior management, who will need to make changes to their governance structure, recruitment policies and support for executive training.
This intensive 2 hour briefing provides a timely opportunity to examine the practical implications of these proposals for your boards and for you.
Who Will Benefit
This timely event has been designed specifically for Executive and Non-Executive Directors in Significant Influence Functions, to bring you fully up to date with the latest Treasury and FSA thinking in making the far reaching proposals issued on the 28th January 2010, and consider what these changes mean in practical terms.
