And then, of course, you're so busy that finding the time to rectify the problem, and at the right level, is almost impossible...
Well, this 5 Day MBA is just for you!
Specially designed for the busy manager who wants to get ahead in their career and who needs to get to grips with a business programme in a time and cost effective manner. See below for Programme Outline

Here's how it works

This 5 day MBA course is designed to give you a thorough overview of how business works and the way that each function interlinks; planning the business (strategic thinking); doing the business (operations management); managing the business (people and resources); marketing the business; financing the business (finance for non-financial managers). It focuses on the business issues surrounding companies in a regulatory framework applying to the finanical services industry today e.g.the move away from rules based regulation and its implications. The course delivers an understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and a comprehensive overview of what everyone should know to manage an organisation.

It does not intend to replace a traditional MBA with its theory, written assessments and reflective time.  Instead you use debate, syndicate work and case studies to embed the learning. Rather than provide a standard generic set of modules we have built this programme to focus on the challenges that exist in the financial services industry, for example, when you look at strategy you will address the risks to this industry and consider how your business should manage those risks.

Who should attend?

This 5 day MBA course is designed especially for busy managers who want to gain a good overview of business procedures and their interconnectivity. It is also suitable for newcomers to to the industry wishing to gain an understanding of how ‘the whole thing works’ and a ‘foot up' the management ladder. You will need to be an agile and alert thinker as there is lots to learn and do in only five days!
