Dates: On a date of your choice
Venue: At a location to suit you
Course Fees:Available on application
CPD Credits:6 hrs

 Course Outline

In simple terms, Interpersonal Skills are just about people interacting with others, either at work or socially. Abrasive relationships get in the way, and waste a great deal of energy and time. This programme is designed to bring about an understanding of how we influence the way others treat us, and to develop the skills to enhance harmony and improve our communication with clients and colleagues, to achieve successful outcomes in business. It will equip you to improve your personal effectiveness at work and elsewhere.

Who should attend?

For all managers and those with responsibility for leading teams and getting the most out of others. It is essential for all who deal with clients or customers, either face-to-face or on the phone, and it will benefit leaders, negotiators and business owners.

How delegates will benefit

By the end of this course you will be able to:
Recognise how you influence others’ behaviour towards you.
Understand the dynamics at work within your team.
Be more proactive in nurturing business and personal relationships.
Sustain and develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
Judge when to interact with others and when to stand back.
 Communicate more effectively.
Have a greater belief in your personal added value

Training Approach

You will learn by active participation during the seminar through the use of the training materials, seminar manual, group exercises, and practice. Numbers should be limited, so that every delegate may receive personal attention. This is a big subject and much to be covered in a single day, so the pace will be fast, and the focus practical rather than theoretical. CTP - Practical support: Dynamic delivery.
