TCF - Embedding the Culture Course outline
If a TCF culture remains an ephemeral concept for you then this one day workshop will enable you to recognise the key elements of culture, how these impact on the way you deal with customers and where your culture creates tensions with the goals of TCF.
Using the FSA's latest guidance, supplemented by some of the latest thinking on why cultures work as they do, you will leave with the tools to analyse your own culture, giving you the means to pin down the areas you must change if you want TCF to live in your business.
You will also tackle issues such as how to engage senior and line managements, how T&C links to culture, and the critical role of remuneration.
