Leading and managing experienced people? Leaders of highly competent, experienced people need to hone their management skills to ensure they retain, motivate and develop their staff.
Situations where advancement through the organisation has been achieved because of experience or expertise in a specific business discipline or expert technical knowledge leaves managers of teams of people with similar abilities some very real challenges: -

This 2 day advanced management course focuses on understanding personal motivation and developing leadership skills appropriate to this demanding audience. A key component of the training is the Reality Challenge™ which focuses on identifying a specific, live issue to which you will apply your learning through the development of an articulated plan.
Each event will be tailored so that the case studies reflect your business and any specific issues you wish to address. To attend you'll be professional, a manager who have a high degree of technical knowledge and skills related to your specific discipline but are also taking responsibility for managing and developing teams of people.
