This new Managing the Matrix programme helps managers to develop the behaviours that matrix management structures that complex global businesses so often adopt.

On this workshop we examine three aspects to reinforce positive behaviours: understanding the logical business case for matrix working; dealing with the beliefs and emotions that drive behaviour when people are interacting within the matrix; and giving you many opportunities to practise the skills of working effectively within such a structure.
