You will learn practical skills that will enable you to articulate succinctly and logically so as to persuade and influence. These skills will also help in impromptu speaking. You will learn the process of discovering what the customer wants and making it available - and desirable. And that depends on the power of words. This programme is designed to take expereinced negotiators to the next level.

Directors/Senior Managers, Business Owners, high-level Sales Professionals, Lawyers, Accountants, experienced Negotiators, and anyone who needs to gain a competitive edge, co-operation or influence and persuade at a senior level.

Duration
Flexible: an intensive single day, two half days or a series of 'breakfast' sessions as required.
