Objectives
This service is designed to help Chairmen, CEOs and senior executives present a united front to your investors. Not only that, it will help your Board deliver a clear, concise, strong message. When your company presents its results and its strategy to analysts and investors it is all too easy to 'carve up' the presentation by functions for each of your directors, which is not always the best way to deliver a coherent integrated message.

This programme ensures that your audience hears that ONE important message. Working with members of the Board, you will agree the message you want to communicate and be coached individually to deliver with impact and credibility. Each of your individual presentations will form part of a coherent whole team presentation.

You will also be coached in how to handle Q&As in a way that puts your point across succinctly and with persuasion. The tools and techniques you will learn will also benefit you when speaking one-on-one or in a small group of investors.

Who should atttend?
The Chairman, CEO and other relevant directors.

Duration
3 or 4 working sessions to suit your schedules. Time enough to agree the main message and approach, and for each member of the team to have approximately 1.5 hours of individual coaching, along with a 'team run'.
