Project Management and Oversight - Course Outline

Managers in Financial Services firms are often expected to manage or oversee projects and change programmes without the benefit of formal project management training. 

This focused, one day workshop will introduce you to the key, best-practice project management techniques in a clear and structured way. By the end of the course you will be better equipped to plan, manage and oversee projects and change management programmes, and so save time, reduce pressure and improve efficiency in your day to working life.

Workshop Leader: Chris Croft

Chris specialises in project management courses. He has huge experience of the practical challenges of project management gained from his 10 years as a senior manager in the manufacturing industry. His career has spanned many industries as diverse as plastics, automotive and aerospace from where he joined Bournemouth University Business School as a Senior Lecturer. He has been a self -employed trainer since 1997.

Chris has trained over 5000 people in project management in his lecturing career. He has, however, still found time to publish books on Time Management, Management and Sales. He holds a Manufacturing Engineering honours degree from Cambridge University and an MBA.
