Arguably, women have always had to outperform to succeed in business . . . and in these tough economic conditions, having that extra ‘edge’ becomes ever more important.
Some of the times you need to be at your best are obvious, such as in presentations and negotiations. But there are other, more subtle, occasions when the ability to deploy the range of professional and personal management skills and select the right priorities is of paramount importance.

Workshop Presenters
Judy Delaforce specialises in communication and development of leadership and individual potential, which she combines with an excellent insight into marketing and communication strategies. She works with individuals and organizations alike to transform talent and achieve the desired behaviours and change of attitude.
Judy is an international program leader and coach and has worked at Board and Senior Management level with a wide range of organisations in the financial services, motor, retail, property, IT and telecommunications industries and has also worked for the Investment Management Regulatory Organization (IMRO) and the Financial Services
Authority (FSA) developing a ‘people focused’ approach. Judy also coaches other trainers and coaches and has been a senior coach and assessor in NLP training programmes. She is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Jules Peck is an outstanding international training consultant with over twenty years experience, specialising in leadership development and advanced communication in the workplace. Jules provides tailored seminars and a diverse range of coaching, facilitation and mediation services. She has worked with many senior people including executive committees, FDs, senior management, board members, ambassadors and a mayor and his team. Her clients are drawn from a diverse range of organisations ,including the financial services industry, formula one teams, pharmaceutical giants and the BBC.
Jules’ background includes training diplomats in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department of Trade and Industry and a series of corporate roles in the public sector, prior to becoming a consultant. Jules is a Master NLP Practitioner, qualified coach, MBTI Practitioner and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development. She is also a qualified mediator and facilitator.
