Course OutlineThis specialist course enables practised trainers to refresh their training skills and learn new techniques to deliver training competently to meet objectives. Practised trainers who deliver regularly can become stale and fall into bad habits, particularly when the training is repetitive. Quite understandable, but it is critical that training styles reflect the needs of the audience and bring to life the content of the training. This 3-day course is led by a very experienced trainer and presenter who works with groups from many different backgrounds to help them improve the impact of the training they deliver. Because only small groups (maximum of eight) are taken through the programme, each individual has the opportunity to have individual coaching and development and time to practice new approaches in a supportive environment.
