John Constable
John has an extensive and varied experience in training, consulting, project management and business change management. He began his training career in the Royal Air Force, from there he moved into retail and later into the insurance industry.
John has a BA (Hons.) History degree from Kings College London; he also holds a Diploma in Management from Henley and is a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has various accreditations for the use of psychometric evaluation tools.
Chris Croft
Chris specialises in project management courses and brings a huge experience of the practical challenges from his 10 years experience as a senior manager in manufacturing. Following a career spanning industries as diverse as plastics, automotive and aerospace, he joined Bournemouth University Business School as a Senior Lecturer and in1997 became a self-employed trainer.
Chris has trained over 5000 people in project management in his career in training and has still found time to publish books on Time Management, Management and Sales.
He holds a Manufacturing Engineering honours degree from Cambridge University and an MBA
Judy Delaforce
Judy brings together a range of skills practised in high profile roles in the financial services industry over the last 25 years. She is an expert in analysing markets and how to exploit the opportunities offered.
Using classic marketing theories as well as drawing on her vast experience in public relations, she is able to explain in detail how best to present and maintain your brand. Judy is a master NLP practitioner and a skilled consultant/trainer who can explain how all the various marketing techniques and tools can be orchestrated to meet goals.
She is an international Programme Leader and has worked at Board and Senior Manager level with a wide range of organisations and industries including financial services, the motor industry, property developers, high street retailers, regulatory bodies, catering wholesalers and the City.
Simon Horton
Simon has worked extensively in the financial services market helping individuals and teams to develop leadership skills and apply them in pursuit of the business goals.
His style is relaxed, friendly but purposeful. As well as one-to-one coaching he leads training events to develop leadership, communication skills and influencing skills.
A master NLP practitioner, Simon runs national training events in this essential communications technique. He holds a BSc Hons in Physics, an MA in South-East Asian Studies and is fluent in French, Spanish and German.
Christopher Howell
Christopher has over 22 years experience of consulting, involving successful organizational changes in both business and information technology. His clients include central and local government, finance, manufacturing, insurance and Top 100 companies. Christopher provides training, consultancy, performance and executive coaching to achieve individual outcomes, facilitate organizational change, define visions and optimize strategies.
A coach with significant experience in training and facilitating learning. He is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and uses a non-directive coaching style to support executives in making their own changes. His recent successes include developing and delivering coaching programs for teachers in schools as well as continuing one-to-one coaching with executives from business and charities. Christopher coaches other trainers, consultants and coaches on an ‘Ultimate NLP Master Practitioner’ course.
He has a BSc Hons degree in Psychology, is an NLP Master Practitioner and is post-graduate diploma level in Organization Development. He is also a professionally qualified project manager and experienced at senior level within large global change programs.
Philip Ingle
Phil has worked with us since 2003 as a management and training consultant and his energetic training style combined with clear communication of complex issues has helped people at all levels of business to develop critically important skills in risk management, people management and strategy development.
Phil holds an MBA (Cranfield) and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and holds Level ‘A’ Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds the Financial Planning Certificate.
David McWhir
David is an experienced former “Big 4” management trainer, coach, facilitator and consultant. He has 20 years experience in a range of sectors with specific expertise in financial services, having worked with all major UK banks and the major life assurance companies as well as a number of investment houses, mortgage and general insurance intermediaries. David has worked in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
As well as undertaking senior and middle management development training and coaching projects, David maintains his expertise and credibility in the financial services sector area by interspersing training projects with business and regulatory consulting roles to ensure his experience remains current, relevant and practical.
He holds a M A (Hons) Psychology, University of Edinburgh, he is an Associate of the Society of Financial Advisers and is currently undertaking MSc in Mentoring & Coaching, Sheffield Hallam University
Phillip Khan-Panni
Phillip has a business background in sales, advertising and direct marketing. He has written seven books on communication skills and is a specialist in cross-cultural communication. He trains diplomats and senior executives all over the world.
He is a Founder of the Professional Speakers Association, the UK’s first and only World Silver Medallist in Public Speaking, and has been UK Champion a record seven times. Phillip was Senior Copywriter at Reader’s Digest, London for eight years and principal copywriter at PKP Communications Ltd, designing campaigns and writing direct marketing for blue chip clients and some leading advertising agencies. He is past Branch Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
David Smith
David has worked for over 30 years in the financial services sector, primarily in retail and corporate banking with Barclays. He has an extensive knowledge of the interpretation of financial statements and management information.
He is a skilled Project Manager and his calm and logical approach delivers results to cost and time. His practical experience in this field enables him to bring the planning elements of training to life with real understanding of the pitfalls and how to manage in practice.
He holds a BSC, (Hons) in Financial Services (UMIST) and a Diploma from the University of Leicester in Training and Development. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
