Key elements of learning

Methods of learning can include seminars, courses (on line or face to face) as well as on the job learning. The critical factor in our regulated environment is that there are:

target learning outcomes
a description of the content to deliver those outcomes , including the number of hours
confirmation of how the activity has met the target learning outcome, and if tested, the test result.
