HR Responsibilities For Compliance
HR professionals understand employment law and people management issues but also often find themselves responsible for ensuring that FSA compliance standards are met. Combining expertise in HR and compliance Corporate Training Partnerships help customers to:
- review their current policies to incorporate compliance standards
- create new policies that make sense in the context of existing approaches
- create controls that monitor the effectiveness of those policies and provide the necessary evidence that compliance is being achieved
Corporate Training Partnerships are careful not to impose packaged or formula solutions that fail to reflect the culture and approach in place. When working with our clients we ensure that the HR function and those who will implement any standards in the business are fully involved in the process and support the approach.
Of relevance to HR professionals are the Risk Based Reviews of Training and Competence schemes that we offer to clients.
