FCA emphasises the importance of Culture in regulated firms
Speaking at this year's Annual Public Meeting, Andrew Bailey, Chief Executive of the FCA made the following point:
"Culture continues to be an issue of the highest importance for the FCA. It is a central consideration for our supervisors, who look at drivers of behaviour, staff incentives and governance arrangements in their day-to-day interactions with firms."
