Course outline and objectives

Digital assets are a type of asset that exist only in digital form. They can be anything from music and movies to software and financial instruments. Crypto assets are a type of digital asset that use cryptography to secure transactions and to control the creation of new units.

The regulatory landscape for such assets is ever-changing and there are a few key tenants of which you need to be aware.
