FCA highlights of 2021

Among the statisitcs quoted:

176 firms had their approval to undertake financial services removed
A total of £568 million was handed out in fines
In the year to 2 December 2021, 1 in 5 firms which applied for authorisation were refused, rejected or withdrew their application
